Banana Fritters

Ingredients for one hungry person or two deserts:

  • One decilitre of wheat flour
  • One decilitre of rice flour
  • One and a half decilitre of water
  • One forth of a teaspoon of salt
  • One tablespoon of sugar
  • Two teaspoons of baking powder
  • Two bananas, not too ripe
Shop the banana in three centimetre pieces. Mix the rest of the ingredients, and finally drop the banana slices in the mix. Turn the slices over until they are fully coated. Deep fry. Use two chopsticks when handling the fritters. Use a wooden spoon to fish out the golden brown fritters. Put on paper to dry and most importantly, consume before they cool off.
