Banana Shake

Ingredients for one person:
- About three decilitres of milk
- One banana
Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until you are satisfied with the consistency.
Bananas are not only loaded with vitamin C, they also contain tryptophan .
Tryptophan is a precursor for serotonin.
Furthermore bananas are high in fiber and potassium.
They taste really good, and when blended with milk it is simply the best!
