New Potato Red Kindey Bean Salad

Ingredients for two persons:
- Twelve small new potatoes
- A can of red kidney beans
- One red onion
- Apple balsamic vinegar
- Two cloves of garlic
Cut the potatoes in half and boil them.
While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onion and mix with the beans garlic and vinegar.
Add some salt, black pepper and fresh basil. When the potatoes are done, mix them in as well and let
the salad rest for a while.
Serve the salad while it is still warm.
