Sugar Muffin

Ingredients for 6 big muffins:
- Two eggs
- Two decilitres of sugar
- Fifty gram butter
- One decilitre water
- Three decilitres of wheat-flour
- One and a half teaspoon baking-powder
- Two teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Beat the eggs and the sugar. Continue beating while melting the butter in a saucepan. When the butter has melted, add the water and heat until it boils. Add the hot butter-water to the egg-sugar mix and quickly whisk it all together. Mix the baking-powder, the vanilla sugar and the flour in a separate bowl. Now mix all the ingredients together. Please notice that once the baking-powder comes in contact with the warm ingredients you should whisk as little as possibly. Pour the mix in some sort of muffin baking-tins, which then should be placed at the lower part of the oven; at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve when cooled.
